This collection of images (like the gorgeous doorway in yesterday’s post) comes from a vintage McCall’s magazine. I cropped each one and saved it as a single image with the plan to print them out on blank labels on my home printer, but you could also create custom labels with ease by using a label printer.
These would make lovely gift tags or you could use them to decorate packages. How special would it be to use the letter that corresponds with each recipient’s name? I was also thinking they would work really well as envelope seals. Each one is a work of art and I love the whimsical feeling they capture. All of them could work together as one unique piece of art, but each one stands alone with the bold, colorful designs.
Here are a few of my favorites.
{Technical Specs: I plan on using labels that are 2 x 3.75” and orienting the images horizontally. You could also do a smaller label or print several images on each with your label printer}
Also, thanks to all who entered the Holiday Card giveaway…I did a random org. generator and it chose comment #12 (Samantha!) as the winner. I know I didn’t put an expiration date on the giveaway, but I wanted to make sure and give the winner enough time to get his/her cards.
Happy Thursday!
